1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Herbal Pitch.

4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for damaged or incorrect products subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
